HOW TO KISS (TUTORIAL)

04:49
FREE MAGIC THUMB TO KISS ANY GIRL: http://prankinvasion.store Business Email: [email protected] Music "Chill Day" by Lakey Inspired: Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/lakeyinspired What up Invaders! Kissing is a fucking art form that every guy MUST master if he wants to be successful with women. Here's the problem, 99% of guys have no clue what they're doing in the kissing department, and wonder why they get friend-zoned soon thereafter. In my latest video on YouTube, "How To Kiss", I covered 5 things that must be done every time in order to ensure that good kiss occurs. If you haven't seen it, you're going to want to watch it now and a few times before you go on that first date. You'll thank me later. Rule #1 is BE DOMINANT! You're a man. Start acting like one. There's nothing worse than a guy that dithers and acts unsure of himself. I don't give a damn if you're nervous; if your stomach is twisted; or if you feel like you're about to faint. DO NOT LET IT SHOW! When the time is right (that's a whole different article), put your hands on her and pull her into you forcefully yet gently. You want her don't you? Girls love being desired and want a man to make them feel wanted. Show her either grabbing her hands or hips and sliding her right into the perfect position to put those lips to good use. Rule #2 is TURN YOUR HEAD RIGHT! Don't shoot yourself in the foot before you're lips have even landed on hers. When you lean in to kiss her don't make the mistake of turning your head left or keeping it straight. The unspoken rule of kissing is that your head tilts right! Check out the YouTube video for a perfect demonstration. [/box] Rule #2 is TURN YOUR HEAD RIGHT! Don't shoot yourself in the foot before you're lips have even landed on hers. When you lean in to kiss her don't make the mistake of turning your head left or keeping it straight. The unspoken rule of kissing is that your head tilts right! Check out the YouTube video for a perfect demonstration. Rule #3 is Dance With Her Lips! Don't be naive and fall for the bullshit they tell you about the perfect kiss or technique. No one kiss or technique works on all girls; they're all different and thus kiss differently. Some girls open their mouths wide, some narrow, some dart their tongue out, some move their heads back and forth quickly, some will suck on your lip--get the picture? You need to ADAPT! Go into every kiss knowing that within the first second of your lips hitting hers you will have to quickly assess what kind of kisser she is and match her rhythm and flow. Even if she sucks at kissing--doesn't matter! Your job is to get in harmony with her. If you want to be cocky and kiss her 'better' but out of harmony with her--it's going to feel weird for her and she's going to think you're a bad kisser. Wrong move Casanova. Rule # 4 is Hands on Her Face! This goes right back to dominance. As you kiss her don't be a putz and keep your hands down by your side. Grab her face--thumb in front of the ear and rest of fingers wrapped around her neck. If you need a tutorial, again, I demonstrate this in the video. Rule #5 Leave Her with a Gentle Peck! You'll hear this one nowhere else. Want to make the kiss 100000% better for her? After you finish kissing her, pull back in and leave her with a very sweet and gentle peck on the lips. This tells the girl you care about her more than just a piece of meat you want to stick your thing into--even if that's all you want.

12 Things Your Stool Says About Your Health

11:09
How to understand if you're really healthy? Here's the easiest way to do it: check your stool colors and what learn they mean. As gross as it may sound, the color and shape of your stool can reveal a lot about your health. Any changes you might notice can be a sign of a serious disease. TIMESTAMPS Stool color 0:29 White 1:08 Green 2:00 Yellow 2:39 Black 3:38 Red 4:17 Stool shape 5:29 SUMMARY - If you see separate solid lumps reminiscent of nuts or goat feces in your toilet bowl, it is likely a sign of severe constipation. This type of stool means your body lacks fiber. - Sausage-shaped, large, and lumpy stool speaks of constipation. This type of stool is also caused by a lack of fiber. - If the cracked sausage-shaped stool is what you usually have, there are no reasons to worry. That’s a normal stool. You’re doing just fine! - If you stand with those whose feces are soft, sausage-shaped, and smooth – congratulations! Your stool is as perfect as stool can be! - Soft lumps with clear edges are a sign of light diarrhea. It could also mean that you are experiencing irritable bowel syndrome. - If your stool comes in fluffy pieces with ragged edges, it looks like you are having mild diarrhea. Remember how we told you to have more fiber? Well, in this case, it is just the opposite. Maybe there’s too much fiber in your diet.  - Liquid without solid pieces type of feces is what no one likes to see. It speaks of severe diarrhea. Do you take problems with your stools seriously? TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF? - Concentrate on telling them about your work-related skills as opposed to your home life. They are not interested in your home life. - Download a copy of the person specification for the job and focus on telling them how your skills and attributes match the document. - Use “power words” in your response, such as: motivated, enthusiastic, loyal, flexible, committed, honest, hard-working, adaptable etc. These will resonate positively with the interview panel. INTERVIEW QUESTION 2. WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK HERE? - Tell them about the preparation work you have done in the build-up to the interview. - Focus on the person specification, the job description and information you have gleaned from the company’s website and also the literature you have studied during your research. INTERVIEW QUESTION 3. WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS? - Again, focus on the person specification for the role you are applying for. - Say something different that makes you stand out from the other job applicants. Give an example of why you are better than the other applicants and try to make yourself RELATABLE and REAL! INTERVIEW QUESTION 4. WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS' TIME? - Don’t tell them you plan to have moved on from their company, either internally or externally. - Loyalty is very important to the vast majority of employers. Remember, they have to spend time, money and resources training you up in the role, so they will want to see a return on their investment. - Don’t tell them you want to be sitting where they are! INTERVIEW QUESTION 5. WHAT ARE YOUR WEAKNESSES? - Anyone who tells the interview panel they have no weaknesses is telling porkies! We all have weaknesses. - Don’t give a weakness that is one of the key requirements of the role. For example, if punctuality and good timekeeping are important, don’t tell the panel you struggle getting out of bed in the morning! QUESTION 6. WHAT MAKES A GOOD TEAM MEMBER? - List the qualities I am going to give you in the sample answer that follows. - Back up your answer with a specific example of when YOU have worked well as part of a team using the STAR technique. INTERVIEW QUESTION 7. WHEN HAVE YOU WORKED UNDER PRESSURE? - Try to give an example of when you have carried out a difficult/pressurised task under strict time constraints. - Give a specific example and don’t forget to use the STAR technique in your response. https://www.how2become.com/

Event Driven Architecture

07:39
For the full course see: https://goo.gl/S3Q8XD Follow along with the course eBook: https://goo.gl/ZZqUzY Overview to Event Driven Architecture(EDA) in the design of complex systems Transcription: Complex systems are inherently dynamic systems, schools of fish, transportation systems, social networks and financial markets are examples of complex systems that are constantly changing, change is the norm. When systems reach this critical level of dynamism we have to change our way of modelling and designing them. It is now no-longer the static structural properties in space that define them but increasingly the systems relations in time that come to define how it functions. The appropriate systems architecture for this inherent dynamic nature to complex engineered systems is what is called event driven architecture. Event driven architecture or E.D.A. is a design pattern built around the production, detection, and reaction to events that take place in time. Information technology is key to enabling a new world of event driven architecture, when we start putting chips in all kinds of devices and objects, instrumenting our technologies and putting smart phones in the hands of many, the world around us stops being dumb and static and starts being more dynamic, adaptive, and things start happening in realtime. When the lights in my house or my garage door are instrumented with sensors and actuators, they no longer need me to turn them on. Instead they wait in what is called a restless state, listening for some event to occur and then can instantly respond. This is in contrast to many of our traditional system, where the components are constrained by some centralised coordination mechanism with information often having to be routed from the local level to a centralised control mechanism, then batch process and returned to the component to respond after some delay. the components within complex system are able to adapt locally, this means they can often act and react in realtime. Added to this is the fact that many of these complex engineered systems are loosely couples networks of unassociated components, they don’t really have any structure, sometimes they don’t even exist until some event actually happens. When I make a query on a search engine my computer might be coupling to a data centre in Texas but the next time I make the same query I might be interacting with a server in South Korea depending on the systems load balance at that instance in time the network’s structure is defined dynamically during the systems run time. An event-driven architecture consists primarily of event creators, event managers and event consumers. The event creator, which is the source of the event, only knows that the event has occurred and broadcasts a signal to indicate so. An event manager, as the name implies functions as an intermediary managing events, when the manager receives notification of an event from a creator, it may apply some rules to process the event but ultimately events are passed down stream to event consumers where a single event may initiate numerous downstream activities. Consumers are entities that need to know the event has occurred and typically subscribe to some type of event manager. So a quick example of this might be an online accommodation service, where event creators, that is property owners, broadcast the availability of their accommodation to the event manager, the online platform, which would aggregate these and event consumers, people looking for accommodation, could subscribe to the platform’s mailing list sending them notification for any new relevant listings. Dual-clutch transmission reliability & driving style (plus nuts - yesssss!) | Auto Exp

11:32
OK - just so we’re all on the same page: A dual-clutch transmission looks exactly like an auto and you drive it, kinda like an auto, but it’s completely different down there, in the context of the mechanics of its operation. They’re proliferating, too. The Volkswagen Group uses them. Hyundai-Kia uses them. They’re on the rise. Operationally, they’re more fuel efficient than conventional autos - so you’re saving 6-10 per cent on fuel there. That’s like getting 10-15 cents per litre off, here in Shitsville. So it’s not insignificant. The tradeoff is: They’re not as refined as conventional autos - especially for low-speed maneuvering. They’re also more sporty to drive - but you can kill them quickly if you don’t know what you’re doing. So I’m assuming you’ve driven a manual transmission at least once or twice: DCT’s are kind of like that, for taking off, except the clutch is automated. (So instead of your left foot engaging and disengaging the clutch, when you take off or come to a stop, a computer makes the decisions and a servo motor does the heavy lifting with the parts.) When you take off, going from stopped to about jogging pace, the automated clutch is engaging. (Just like in a manual.) So it’s both slipping and progressively gripping. You don’t control that - it just happens. After about jogging pace, 12-15 kays an hour or something, the clutch is fully engaged (no slipping) and doesn’t function again until you next stop. So, if you take off in a reasonably decisive way (like, keeping up in traffic when the lights go green) the clutch takes up over some seconds, it fully engages progressively and you drive off in first gear (and all subsequent gear changes - upshifts and downshifts) are automated and they happen without the clutch, because: technology. However, if you inch forward very slowly, under load (like: uphill on a steep hill, at walking pace) the clutch won’t get the opportunity to engage fully (because you won’t be going fast enough for low rpm in first gear to sustain engine operation). So it’ll have no alternative but to keep slip[ing, and when it does that under load it’ll rapidly generate heat and that will shorten its life. This is just like riding the clutch in a manual transmission - generally quite a bad idea, unless you like contributing to the dealer principal’s children’s exclusive private school education. Just to be ‘crystal’ on this: it’s those two things together: Load and slip. This is the recipe for expensive repairs. It’s a choice, right? You can choose not to do it. You can feel it when it happens. It won’t feel happy. So frankly, you’d have to be a bit of a moron not to form the view, fairly quickly, that this is a bad idea (especially after the first few goes - because there’s a clutch over-temp sensor and the car will beep flash a warning at you if you do this). But having said that, some significant number of morons do manage to damage their transmissions in this way… And this vulnerability - in my view - makes a DCT a poor transmission choice for towing, especially if that towing involves low-speed maneuvering under load, like reversing a trailer up a steep driveway, or tugging a heavy boat up a ramp. For everyone else, basically, to avoid this problem you just take off moderately decisively in traffic and don’t allow the clutch to slip excessively by going really slowly under load. It’s not that hard to get this right in normal city driving - I know it sounds complex, but in practise it’s easy to avoid abusing the clutch in a DCT, just like it is in a manual. Most DCT cars have hill-holder (type) functionality, which prevents roll-back, and you should use that because rolling back on a hill increases the load on the clutch dramatically as well. Kindly note - this does not mean DCT clutches are intrinsically under-designed, or incompatible with hill starts, etc. They’re generally fine. Quite robust, even. You just have to use them properly. (Like every other machine that has ever been designed and rolled out into production.) Angle grinders and circular saws aren’t dangerous, for example, unless you fail to heed, or understand, the risks. This is that. One of the main problems is that, although cars are increasingly complex, car companies and the dealers selling them do not provide any training or other accessible, barely adequate information to help you digest all these operationally significant aspects of the vehicle you just dropped $40,000 on. I guess you can find it on YouTube - but the challenge here is, of course, bullshit filtration. Good luck with that.

Learning styles & the importance of critical self-reflection | Tesia Marshik | TEDxUWLaCrosse

18:15
The belief in learning styles is so widespread, it is considered to be common sense. Few people ever challenge this belief, which has been deeply ingrained in our educational system. Teachers are routinely told that in order to be effective educators, they must identify & cater to individual students' learning styles; it is estimated that around 90% of students believe that they have a specific learning style but research suggests that learning styles don't actually exist! This presentation focuses on debunking this myth via research findings, explaining how/why the belief in learning styles is problematic, and examining the reasons why the belief persists despite the lack of evidence. Dr. Tesia Marshik is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Her research interests in educational psychology include student motivation, self-regulation, and teacher-student relationships. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx

HOW TO UNDERSTAND YOUR CAT BETTER

09:20
How to understand your cat? 🐱 How to make friends with your cat? 😍 Everyone knows that cats are the most illogical and unpredictable pets. Just try to work out what’s going through that furry little head! It turns out that cats have their own language, and if you learn it there’s a chance you’ll understand them much better. We’ve put together all of the possible cat behaviors to help you find a common language with your pet (well, if it allows you to). Also, we’ve prepared three essential tips that will help you communicate with cats better. HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CAT • How to make your cat trust you Lowering your cat to the ground, make sure its paws have reached the floor. Your cat will trust you and know that it won’t tumble if you let it go. • How to stroke your cat If you sit on the floor with your legs crossed and look at your cat, it will interpret this as a friendly gesture and come up to you to let you stroke it. Also, stretch your hand out in its direction. Your middle finger should be a little lower than the others. The cat will start rubbing its nose or face against your hand. • How to make your cat appear A cat may go and hide and only appear when it’s alone or hears a calm voice. #understandcat #catbehavior #pet TIMESTAMPS Cat's tail 0:52 Cat's eyes 3:47 Cat's interaction with people 4:38 Cat gestures 6:14 Cat language 6:57 How to communicate with your cat better 8:09 MAIN CAT GESTURES • If a cat raises its nose up and throws its head, it’s saying, “I see you.” Cats often make this gesture to people walking past the window. Have you ever noticed it? • A cat might press its ears against its head if it feels scared, worried, or wants to play. They also do this when they are sniffing something that’s interested them. • When a cat sticks its tongue out slightly and licks itself, it’s worried or anxious. CAT LANGUAGE • Cats generally greet people or announce their presence with a short sound. • Lengthy meowing indicates that your cat is very glad to see you. This occurs if you’re away from home for a long time. • A medium-length meow might be a request for water or food. • A long sound (a mix of purring and meowing) is a more insistent request or demand. • A low meow is a complaint or indication of dissatisfaction. Also, it might mean your cat is ready to fight. • A loud sound often indicates an urgent demand (for instance, you cat needs more food). • A purring or vibrating sound indicates a desire for closer contact or attention. Cats purr for various reasons, but most often they do it when they are happy. Now you know how to find a common language with any cat. By the way, are you a cat person or a dog person? At Amazon's Kindle Store... http://goo.gl/xobJFo WRITE AN A+ ESSAY: IT'S EASIER THAN YOU MIGHT THINK. I'm going to make a confession. I was a straight-A student in high school. I graduated summa cum laude from college. My senior thesis won the institution’s coveted essay-writing prize. Not thanks to raw brilliance, or dazzling talent. No, I knew how to write essays. You see, great essays aren’t necessarily written by the “best and brightest.” They're written by students who know the rules—from concept to thesis statement, from outline to final draft. Students who know how to get the best possible grade for the least amount of work. I’ll show you how you can, too. A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO CONQUERING YOUR NEXT ESSAY ASSIGNMENT My name is Jenny Sawyer. Over the past five years, I’ve been the girl behind 60second Recap®. I've invested thousands of hours helping teens understand classic literature. I’ve answered countless emails seeking help with essay assignments. I’ve guided individual students, one-on-one, through the process of crafting thesis statements and writing essays, testing and refining the techniques I used when I was in school. Strategies I employed to nail essay after essay. Most people think A+ essays require hours of hard work. Or genius. I’d always had a hunch they’d thought wrong. Now, I'm certain of it: YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE A GENIUS TO WRITE AN A+ ESSAY I’ve read mediocre essays from brilliant students. Great essays from ordinary students. What sets those A+ essay-writing students apart? They know how to analyze the assignment to keep themselves on track. I’ll show you how you can, too. YOU DON’T NEED LONG HOURS TO WRITE AN A+ ESSAY The best essays rarely take the most time. In fact, some nearly write themselves. How? With the right kind of preparation: A+ essay-writing students organize their research and cut their workload by as much as half. I’ll show you how you can, too. FORMULAS ARE NEVER THE ANSWER, BUT... A+ essays are never formulaic. But they have a lot in commont. A+ essays start strong with crisp, provocative thesis statements. A+ essays support those thesis statements with well-chosen examples and tightly-reasoned arguments—the hallmarks of persuasive writing. A+ essays finish strong, with conclusions that locked the reader into agreement with the essay’s thesis. A+ essays are written by students working from a simple framework: the five-paragraph essay format. I’ll show you how you can, too. DON’T BE INTIMIDATED: IT’S A HEAD GAME, YOU KNOW Ready to supercharge your essay-writing process? You can when you “think like a prosecutor.” I'll show you how. I’ll also reveal the courtroom “trick” you can use to save yourself time and trouble while you craft a great thesis statement. You'll see how you can use the strategies of a criminal trial to speed you through each step of the essay-writing process, from the organization of your research, to the writing of your thesis statement, to the polish of your final draft. It’s the first time I’ve ever set this strategy to paper. Now it’s all here for you, just a click away. YOUR A+ AWAITS. A few people have noticed issues with regards to getting the reference set to the common control library. In this episode of SPI TV, I'm going to show you how to create an awesome slide deck for your next presentation, one that captivates your audience and supports your talk, not bores people to death and puts people to sleep. I've performed dozens of presentations myself, and I take great pride in how I approach my slide deck. I'm always getting complimented on my slides, and I want the same to happen to you. Creating great slides doesn't have to be difficult, and with a few simple rules and some guidelines to follow, you'll stand out as a top presenter the next time you're on stage or presenting in front of a group. How to introduce yourself in a job interview

14:38
Have you ever wondered that why despite of having listed all the details about yourself in the resume, the interviewer still likes to start the session by asking you “Tell me something about yourself” The reason for this is that people like listening to information been presented to them in the form of verbal expression in contrast to referring to a printed document. Yes this simply means that they directly like to hear from the horses’s mouth that how would the candidates like to narrate the story of their life, in their own words. “Tell us something about yourself” doesn’t means that you go right back to your childhood memories and share tales of your first love or your favorite ROCK band or your obsession with Harry Potter; rather think about the awards, accolades or experiences you’ve had in your life. Consider the themes, personality traits and skills that come across through these experiences and introspect that which of these are the most important to get across through recruiters. Through personal introduction, the interviewer is giving you a chance to highlight all the key features of your personal and professional life, the top experiences you’ve had so far and the most influential skills you possess. Follow the points mentioned in the video, the next time you face a job interview and enhance the chances of you getting selected!!
